I'm really confused about my phone situation. I can only text when I'm connected to Wi-Fi, as my mobile data isn't working at all. This issue has been going on for the entire month, and I'm not sure if it's just a temporary glitch. It all started when I got service this month. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

What phone are you using, and which service provider do you have? If you've switched providers recently, you might need to do a network reset on your phone. That often helps!
You should look up how to do a network reset specific to your model. Also, try reseating your SIM card. It sounds like your phone isn't getting service properly. Make sure you've rebooted the phone too. If nothing works, I suggest borrowing a friend's phone to call your service provider's customer support; they might be able to help you out. Just in case, there could also be a hardware issue with your phone.

I have the Google Pixel 6a, and my service is through TracFone. It's not a new service, though.
