Help! Can’t Boot USB to Install Windows on My New PC

Hey everyone, I'm building my first PC, and I've gotten everything set up, but I'm struggling to boot from my USB drive that's supposed to have the Windows installation media on it. When I start up, it just jumps straight to the BIOS instead of launching the Windows installer. I've already set the USB as the first option in my boot order, but nothing seems to change. I'm using the ASUS BIOS software, and I could really use some help figuring this out. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Make sure to download the MediaCreationTool on a different PC. Plug your USB drive into that computer, run the tool, and uncheck the 'Use the recommended options for this PC.' Then, write the installation files to your USB. Once that’s done, insert it into your new PC and boot up. This should help you get Windows installed on your system!

I did this already, but I’m still having trouble. Thanks for your help, though!

Try turning off CSM (Compatibility Support Module) and Secure Boot in your BIOS settings. This has worked for others facing similar issues. Give it a shot!

Thanks for the tip! I’ll try disabling those settings and see if it helps.

I tried that but it still didn’t work. Any other ideas?
