I bought an HP Victus 15-fb1000 gaming laptop just over a year ago, and I've been plagued with frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors. My laptop specs include an AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS processor, a Geforce RTX 2050 Mobile GPU, and 16GB of RAM. Since using it, crashes often happen while I'm browsing the web, listening to music, or working on documents, with the occasional crash during gaming. I've run several diagnostics and memory tests, but they all came back fine. I suspect it might be a hardware issue, possibly related to the RAM or storage, but I'm not sure where to go from here. I've linked my crash dumps if anyone can take a look and offer some guidance!

It sounds like your laptop is having some memory-related issues. While it’s great that your RAM tests came back clean, remember that 'memory' can refer to both RAM and storage. Sometimes, storage issues can manifest as memory errors. If you have multiple drives, check where your page file is located—sometimes it can cause crashes if it's on a problematic drive. Also, if you’re overclocking anything, revert it to stock settings to see if that helps. I recommend running your system with one RAM stick at a time to check for faulty RAM as well. You might want to move the page file as a test, too!

Thanks for the info! I'll check the page file location as you suggested. If I find it's on a dodgy drive, I'll try moving it. I’ll also look into the RAM sticks one by one. Hopefully, that reveals something. Appreciate the tips!
