Help! My New Razer Mouse is Causing Issues with My Second Monitor

I just got a Razer DeathAdder V3 mouse to enjoy its awesome 8K polling rate, but I'm having a major issue. After updating to Synapse 4, I had to reboot my computer, and now my second monitor is completely undetected by my RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. I've tried uninstalling the drivers and software both normally and in safe mode, and I've plugged and unplugged everything. It seemed like powering off the PC helped temporarily since the monitor came back, but now it's not working again. Please help! I can't go back to a single monitor setup after getting used to dual monitors.

Have you tried going to Settings > System > Display? Sometimes, Windows messes up and treats the monitors as duplicates instead of extensions. It’s worth checking to see if your second monitor appears there at all.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t show up in that list for me. When I hit 'detect', it just says no monitors found, even though it acknowledges the cable is connected when I unplug it.

I find it frustrating when Windows does that! If you think it's a connection issue, make sure your cable and ports are all good. Sometimes, simply changing the cable or using a different port can resolve these kinds of problems.

I've changed the cable and tried a different port, but no luck finding that second monitor. It's really starting to drive me crazy!
