I was trying to log into Minecraft when a strange email address appeared. I then tried accessing my Microsoft account, but it said the email doesn't exist. I've followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps from Microsoft, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this?

You might want to just wait a little and try logging in again later. I got a notice that Microsoft email servers were having some issues earlier, so it could just be temporary.
It sounds like you might be dealing with a phishing attempt. I'd recommend changing your Microsoft account password immediately and enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account.
I have a hunch your account may have been hacked and the email address changed. If that's the case, there's really not much you can do to recover it.
