I'm dealing with a bizarre issue on my iPhone 14. Out of nowhere, I keep hearing the sound that indicates a recording has stopped, like the camera sound effect. This usually occurs when I'm just scrolling through apps or right when I lock the phone. The screen remains unchanged, and everything seems normal otherwise, but this random sound has me feeling uneasy. Is this a known bug in iOS? Has anyone else come across this problem?

Make sure to see if it’s linked to notifications. Try heading to Settings > Screen Time > See All App & Website Activity > Notifications. I had a similar issue with a shopping app that had sound notifications enabled while everything else was off, making tracking it down tricky.
It might be either a notification from one of your apps or a shortcut that you've set up. A good way to identify which app is causing this without completely muting sounds is to go into Notifications and turn them back on one at a time. You can also check your Shortcuts to see if any are triggering sounds based on your actions.
