My mom has misplaced her Samsung Galaxy S21, and we're in urgent need of finding it due to some important information stored on the device. Unfortunately, the phone isn't connected to any other devices like computers or other phones. While she uses Google services for things like YouTube, she doesn't have a Gmail account. Here's what we've attempted so far: 1. We tried using Google's 'Find My Device', but it didn't work. 2. We looked into WhatsApp options, but the GPS wasn't activated on her phone, so no luck there either. 3. We contacted her internet provider and phone company, but they couldn't locate her phone. Does anyone have any clever ideas on how we might recover her phone? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried calling the phone with multiple people positioned in different rooms where it might be? If it’s still on, someone might be able to hear it ring. If it’s on silent, try calling during the night with the lights off to help spot it!
It sounds tough, but for the future, make sure she sets up a Google account on her devices. That way, if this happens again, she'll have backup options available!

Yeah, we did try that unfortunately, and it didn’t work.
