I'm trying to set up notifications with my wife's permission so I can know when she arrives at home or leaves. She's currently sharing her location with me, but she's not getting the notifications in the app for my requests unless they are one-time requests. On my end, the requests show as pending, but she doesn't receive anything. We both have iPhone 13s, and while she's on iOS 26.1, I'm on 18.7.3. We've already deleted and reinstalled the Find My app. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

First off, both of you really should update to at least iOS 26.2. It might help with the compatibility issues. Sometimes, different versions can lead to these pesky notification problems. I know 26 has had its share of issues, but it's worth a shot. Also, double check the notification settings for both the app and the devices. They might have been reset accidentally. Good luck!
