I have a Ryzen 7 5700X 3D processor with a single tower air cooler that has two TL-C12B fans. I'm planning to change to a new case, the Lian Li Lancool 207, which doesn't come with any fans. I'd love to take this chance to reduce the noise my PC makes, as it's been pretty annoying for me. Would it be better to upgrade to the TL PS120 SE cooler with five P12 Pro fans for quieter performance, or should I simply stick with my current tower cooler and replace all seven fans with be quiet! Pure Wings 3 120mm fans? I'll likely sell the current fans together with the case, so I can't keep anything but the tower cooler's fans.

If noise is a big issue for you, just remember that fans will always make some noise. Even the quietest ones still produce some sound when they spin. If it’s really bothering you, consider relocating your PC to a closet or a different room if possible. Just be sure to get longer cables!
