Computer Not Booting: Possible DRAM Error

I recently built a PC using an Asus Prime B550M-A WiFi II motherboard paired with a Ryzen 5 5600 processor, an RX 5600XT GPU, and 8GB of DDR4 2400 RAM along with 512 GB of storage. When I hit the power button, the CPU fan, case fans, and GPU fans all spin up and my peripherals light up, but I notice a yellow blinking light at the back, which I've been told indicates a DRAM issue. I've replaced the RAM with several different sticks, but I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Yes, I've been having this problem since I got the new CPU and motherboard. The RAM worked fine in my previous setup, and I’ve tested other sticks with the same results.

Did you put everything together yourself? It's possible that there could be a bent CPU pin. If you've tried several RAM sticks in different slots and it didn't help, you might need to consider that there could be a problem with either the CPU or the motherboard.

It sounds like you've done the checks already, but if the slots are fine, maybe your motherboard could be faulty. Have you checked all your connections and made sure everything is seated properly?

Has this issue been happening since you first turned it on? Sometimes RAM training can take a little while. Have you managed to get into the BIOS at all?
