If you're looking for a good upgrade, the 5070 could be great for you. It's around 110% faster than the 5060 Ti 16GB and should fit your budget. Just make sure your PSU can handle it!
I went from a 3060 to a 9070, and it's been amazing for 1440p gaming. It's a massive boost over the 3060, and at around the same budget, I think it's worth considering! Check pricing and take your time with your choice, though.
