Hey everyone, so my PC suddenly stopped turning on yesterday, even though the fan button works and there's an amber light on the motherboard. I decided to take a look inside and, wow, it was a complete disaster. I cleared out a ton of dust but also discovered a completely dried-up spider—probably got zapped by the PC. As I removed it, I found it was stuck to a web that had what seemed like a broken spider egg cocoon. It gets worse: my PC is right next to my bed! I'm seriously considering moving out now. Could this spider situation be why my computer won't boot up?

A good dusting can help! Use a can of compressed air or a soft brush to clean it out. Just keep in mind that bugs generally don’t short circuit PCs, but who knows what else could be in there? Just in case, spraying some spider repellent along the baseboards might be a good idea too!
Honestly, I'd be more concerned about pest control at this point than just the PC! You might have an infestation on your hands.
Absolutely! It’s definitely worth checking your place for more spiders or bugs.
Great tips! What kind of cleaner do you recommend for dusting?
