I'm having an issue with my no-name USB portable disc drive that I bought on eBay. It supports CD burning, but every time I try, it finalizes the disc and then ejects it without warning. This happens every time I attempt to burn a CD. I've even tried a different brand of CD-R, but the same issue occurs. Is this a problem related to Windows 11 or the disc drive itself?

It's pretty common for CD burning software to eject the disc when done. You might want to check if the disc actually plays afterwards. If not, try lowering the burn speed to the absolute minimum or switching to different software to see if that helps.
I ran into a snag too! It seems like the software does a prep step before burning, but the disc pops out before it even starts writing. I've tried multiple programs like iTunes and Windows Media Player, but they all behave the same way.
