I'm currently using a 180Hz 1080p monitor with a 5070 Ti GPU and a Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, but I'm facing some stuttering issues. My GPU usage is quite high compared to my CPU, so I'm not sure what type of bottlenecking I'm experiencing. Could this setup be causing the problem, or are there other factors I should consider?

Your 9800X3D and 5070 Ti should easily handle 1080p at 180Hz. Generally, you want your GPU at near full usage for optimal performance. But stuttering might indicate CPU issues. Try monitoring your temps and ensure XMP is enabled. Also, are you using G-Sync?
Since you have XMP enabled and G-Sync running with good temps, 1440p might be a smoother experience if you want higher quality.
Have you checked your network connection, or tried enabling V-Sync? Sometimes that can help with stuttering.
Do you have adaptive sync turned on? That might help smooth things out if you don't.
If your GPU is running around 95-100% utilization, you're likely not facing a GPU bottleneck, which is a good sign. It sounds like your setup should handle 1080p at 180Hz without issues.

Should I consider upgrading to a 1440p monitor then?
