Help! Black Screen Issues After BIOS Update on ASUS Prime Z790-A Wifi

I recently encountered a problem where my motherboard wasn't saving BIOS settings—specifically, it kept reverting the RGB settings after shutdown. To resolve the issue, I decided to update the BIOS from version 0812 to the latest one found on the official ASUS site, using a FAT32 flash drive that had other files on it. After starting the update, I left it for about an hour, but now my system is just showing a black screen. Despite the fans and RGB LEDs lighting up normally, I can't get any video signal. The CPU_OPT indicator is green, but I'm worried I might have bricked the motherboard. What can I do to fix this? I haven't tried powering off or restarting yet.

First thing to try is unplugging everything except the essentials—your keyboard, mouse, and just one monitor. If you have multiple monitors, only connect one. Sometimes, peripherals can cause issues during boot up.
