I'm based in Hawaii and unfortunately can't make it to a Microcenter or have them ship items my way. I'm looking to build a new PC, ideally a small form factor with an mATX motherboard, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, any DDR5 RAM I can find, and a 9070XT. I've noticed some deals on prebuilt systems, but I'd really prefer to put together my own setup. Are there other retailers out there that offer good discounts on combo deals for the parts I need?

So there's also an Amazon store for MicroCenter that has limited bundle deals. I've ordered from Newegg before and had great service to Oahu, so they might be worth checking out.
Newegg has been running some combo deals lately; that might be your best bet outside of Microcenter.
I actually got my 9070XT bundled with an awesome 850W PSU before the price hikes, and my 9800X3D came with a decent MSI 360mm AIO cooler. Those bundles made a massive difference in keeping my costs down.
