Hey everyone, I'm currently gaming at 1080p with a 3060 Ti. I'm wondering if it would be worth the upgrade to a 5070. Do you think the performance benefits justify the switch?

Honestly, I don't think it's necessary. The 3060 Ti can handle 1440p at 60Hz pretty well. For me, upgrading isn't really about performance but more about being out of warranty. If my GPU fails this year or next, I might consider it then.
But why would anyone want to deal with lower frame rates? I’m saving up for a 9070 XT as I feel bottlenecked at 1080p with my 3060 Ti.
I think you should skip the upgrade for now.

Totally agree. I just moved from a 3070 to a 9070 XT for similar reasons.
