I'm looking to replace my aging 1080 Ti, which has served me well for 8-9 years, but I'm worried it could fail at any moment, even though it seems fine for now. My budget is tight (around 250-300 euros), and I primarily play at 1080p on a 144Hz monitor. I don't mind dropping to 60fps, but I want more GPU power since games like ARK Survival Ascended and Marvel Rivals are really bottlenecking due to my current GPU, especially without overclocking. I want to improve performance and have a backup GPU for peace of mind. I've found a few options:
- Gigabyte RX 7600 XT 16GB - €270
- Gigabyte AORUS RTX 3080 10GB - €275
- MSI RTX 4060 Ti OC 16GB - €365 (I might stretch my budget for better performance)
- AMD Radeon RX 6800 16GB - €300
- RX 6700 XT Red Devil - €250
What do you think would be the best choice?

The RTX 3080 is definitely the most powerful option here. If you can grab that one, you won't regret it! It's a great upgrade from your current card.

But would the 10GB of VRAM become an issue if I want to upgrade my whole rig in the future?
