Help! Can’t Factory Reset My Windows 11 PC Due to Error Code

I'm having a really tough time trying to factory reset my Windows 11 PC. Every time I attempt to reset it, I get an Error Code 0xc0000098, which seems to be related to a file called \windows\system32\winload.efi. I've also noticed a message mentioning a log file located at E:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SetTrail.txt, but I have no idea what that means. On top of that, my PC is telling me it's unable to run Windows 11, even though I'm currently using it! I've tried a bunch of different methods, including using a Windows 11 media installation drive, but nothing has worked. I'm really at my wits' end, and I could use some serious assistance!

You should download the Windows 11 installer from the official Microsoft site, create a bootable USB drive with it, and try to reinstall from there. That might help. Hope it works for you!

I’ve actually done that, but I still keep running into the same issues.

If reinstalling doesn’t work, try using a different USB drive. Sometimes the drive itself can be the issue. Also, running a memory test might be a good idea if you're still having problems.

I don’t see how a different USB will help. I just bought this one. But I will definitely give the memory test a shot.
