Is This PC Build List a Good Choice?

Hey everyone! I've been planning to build a new PC for over two years, and I've currently got a setup with an Intel Core i5-10600K, 96GB of RAM, an RTX 3060 Ti, and some old drives. Lately, I've been having issues with my CPU's memory controller, which causes ArmA 3 to crash, but I know what the problem is and I'm not looking for help with that. I'm aiming to build a small ITX PC and plan to start purchasing parts in the next year or two.

Here's the parts list I've put together so far:
- Intel Core Ultra 7 265K
- 64GB or more DDR5 RAM
- ASRock Z890I motherboard
- RTX 5070 Ti or maybe a 5080
- Corsair SF Series SF1000 power supply
- Noctua NH-U12A cooler
- 2TB SSD NVMe (still deciding on the brand, planning for two of them)
- Two Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 PWM fans
- Cooler Master NR200 Black case

What do you guys think of this setup?

Before diving into this build, it’s good to consider what you'll be using the PC for. 64GB of DDR5 is expensive right now, and for developing and running VMs, it might be necessary, but you might also want to explore alternatives to save some cash.

I'm looking at it primarily for development, VMs, and gaming. I do need that 64GB because I typically require more RAM for my projects!
