Help! My PC Won’t Connect to the Internet on WiFi or Ethernet

I woke up this morning ready to tackle my work, but my PC is not connecting to the internet, whether I'm using Ethernet or WiFi. The strange part is that all my other devices are working just fine. I've already tried flushing my DNS, resetting Winsock and the IP, performed a full network reset, manually uninstalled and reinstalled the network drivers, tested different cables—basically everything I could think of. I'm really at my wit's end here. Any suggestions?

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago on Windows 11. My internet icon actually disappeared! The solution for me was to download the latest driver for my wireless adapter using my phone, then reinstall it on my PC. It was the last thing I hadn’t tried, and it worked like a charm!

What’s the IP address of your PC right now? Sometimes that info can help narrow down the issue.

If both your Ethernet and WiFi are acting up while other devices are fine, it likely points to a Windows issue. Make sure your PC's date and time are correct, disable any third-party firewalls or VPNs you have running, and consider creating a new Windows profile or testing in Safe Mode to see if that helps.

Have you tried connecting with just WiFi or just Ethernet at a time? Having both active can sometimes lead to connectivity problems if they aren't bridged correctly. Just a thought!
