I recently enabled Secure Boot in my BIOS because Faceit anti-cheat for Counter-Strike requires it. However, after doing so, my PC stopped functioning properly. It seems like none of my drivers are working, and Windows is all messed up. I've tried completely reinstalling Windows and resetting my BIOS to default settings, but nothing has worked so far. I'm using an ASRock X870E Nova motherboard. Any help would be appreciated!

What happened when you tried to reinstall Windows? Did you do a clean install from a USB drive? Sometimes that can make a difference. But if it worked initially and then the issues started again with devices disconnecting and monitors turning off, it definitely sounds like there's more going on here.
Yes, I did a clean install from a USB, and it worked fine for a bit, but the problems started right after I got back to my desktop. That's when the strange sounds and constant monitor flickering began.
