I just got a Rioddas external CD drive for my computer, but I'm having trouble with it. Even though it appears in Device Manager, it doesn't show up in File Explorer. I've tried various troubleshooting methods, but nothing seems to help. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

You might want to check Disk Management. Sometimes, drives will show up there but not in File Explorer. If it does show up, right-click on it and select 'Change Drive Letter and Paths' to add a drive letter. That usually does the trick!

It sounds like you're seeing a disk in Disk Management that's labeled as 931.50GB, which might actually be your SSD instead of the CD drive. Maybe double-check if it's listed as a removable drive? Sometimes the system gets confused between the two.
