I've been dealing with a bizarre issue on my PC since I built it in 2023. The problem happens intermittently, with breaks that can last anywhere from one month to nearly a year. It's pretty odd because, suddenly, all my function keys along with both Ctrl, Shift, Alt, and the Windows key seem to be pressed simultaneously. This happens randomly every minute to ten minutes, and usually resolves itself after a minute or two—or a restart helps, too. I've tried a lot to fix this: reinstalling Windows 10 and 11, formatting the entire PC, resetting the BIOS, and even downgrading it. I also changed my motherboard, which only provided a temporary fix for about two months. I'm at my wit's end and really don't want to fork out €200 for a diagnosis or invest in a new CPU since my Ryzen 7 5800X3D isn't exactly cheap. Right now, I'm considering swapping out the PSU after a suggestion I got. I'd really appreciate any help with this issue!

It sounds like a tricky problem. Since you've already done a clean Windows install and didn't install any keyboard OEM software during testing, it seems like the issue isn't software-related. Have you thought about potential hardware failures? It might not be the CPU or power supply at fault.
It really could be anything with those symptoms, but switching keyboards is usually a go-to suggestion. Just want to clarify—is it still acting up even when you’re not using a keyboard? That would make it weirder!
Yes, it's strange—it happens even when I disconnect the keyboard!
Have you tried using a different keyboard? Sometimes, keyboard issues can really mess with how your system behaves.
Yeah, I've tested it, and it still happens even without a keyboard connected.

That’s what I was thinking too. I've done all the usual checks and resets but still no luck.
