I'm seeing that iOS is using 11.72 GB, but the System Data is taking up a whopping 70.94 GB. Is there a way to reduce this? What could be causing such high usage?

11.72 GB for the iOS itself isn't too high, but that 70.94 GB of System Data is concerning. It might be related to problems with iCloud syncing. Have you updated your iOS version yet? What's the model and storage capacity of your iPhone?

If all else fails, you might want to consider erasing your device and restoring it from a backup. Just keep in mind that the backup will likely reinstall everything the way it was, including the current iOS and System Data.

Can you check what version of iOS you're using? Some versions, especially between mid iOS 18 and early iOS 26, had issues with caching, which could be contributing to the massive System Data size. Just curious, what version are you on?

Have you tried doing a power cycle recently? It might help to restart your phone. When's the last time you turned it off and then back on again?
