Why is my new build showing a DRAM light and not posting?

I just finished building my PC with the following components: a B850 AORUS Elite WIFI7 motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 7700X CPU, Crucial Pro Overclocking 32GB RAM, a WD_BLACK SN850X 2TB NVMe SSD, and an MSI MAG A650BN PSU. After assembly, the DRAM light on the motherboard is lit up and it won't pass POST. I've tried troubleshooting by using just one RAM stick and testing all slots, running both sticks in configurations 1+3 and 2+4, and even waiting around 15 minutes for the RAM and CPU to sync. Any ideas on what else I could try?

Clearing the CMOS can sometimes fix these issues. Have you given that a shot yet? Just take out the battery for a bit and then put it back in after a few minutes.

Yeah, I took the CMOS battery out and left it for about 7 minutes. No change when I put it back in.

Check the CPU socket for any bent pins. That can be a common issue causing a no-post situation, but if you've already checked and everything looks good, that's definitely a relief.

First off, double-check to make sure all your cables are connected properly. Sometimes a loose cable can cause issues. Also, have you reseated everything? It's worth checking your GPU connection and trying different ports to see if that helps.
