What Upgrades Should I Consider for My B650 Motherboard and Cooler Master 520 Case?

I have a B650 motherboard (not entirely sure if it's ASROCK or Asus) and a Cooler Master 520 case. My current spec includes an RTX 4070 12 GB, Ryzen 7 7800x3D 8-core processor, 32 GB DDR5 6000MHz RAM, a 240mm AIO liquid cooler, and an 850W Gold PSU. This is an AVGPC Hellfire Series I got from Newegg a couple of years back and I'm looking to make some upgrades. I'm not very tech-savvy, but I think I need all the help I can get. I want to upgrade to a 5090 in hopes of future-proofing my setup. Will that card fit into my case? Do I need to upgrade my PSU, CPU, and cooling system as well? What recommendations do you have for parts that would be compatible? I prefer to order from Amazon for quicker shipping and easier returns, but I've noticed price differences on seemingly similar items. Also, is it more cost-effective to buy a new pre-built PC from places like NZXT and sell off my old parts instead?

Honestly, if you haven't already considered it, upgrading to an OLED monitor could enhance your gaming experience more than simply swapping your GPU out for a 5090. Just a thought! Definitely something to consider.
