I'm currently using an Intel i7-10700 processor with a Cooler Master 80+ Gold V2 650W power supply and an MSI B460 motherboard. I'm thinking about upgrading my graphics card to an RTX 5060, but I'm worried it might bottleneck with my CPU. If that's the case, should I instead consider going for an RTX 3050 or RTX 3060, especially if there's news about restocking the RTX 3060?
Right now, my graphics card is a low-profile GTX 1650 from Gigabyte. I've also ordered a Cooler Master Hyper 620S cooler and Arctic MX-6 thermal paste for better cooling. I'd appreciate any suggestions you guys have!

I recommend checking out some benchmarks for the games you plan to play with different graphics cards and CPUs. That'll give you a better idea of what performance to expect!
The term "bottleneck" is often exaggerated. If you're considering a new CPU and motherboard, it might be better to save up and go for something like a 5070 instead of getting stuck on the 5060. Your GPU is the heart of the build and can make a big difference in performance!
Honestly, every GPU will have some level of bottlenecking. Just buy the best one you can afford and enjoy your gaming experience!
Your i7-10700 is still a strong CPU, but it’s starting to lag behind newer GPUs. If you play at higher resolutions, the GPU does most of the heavy lifting. Don't let the "bottleneck" scare you; upgrading to an RTX 5060 will still bring a huge performance increase from your GTX 1650!
But I'm only running a 1080p 165Hz monitor, so wouldn't my CPU still be pushed hard since the GPU wouldn't exceed my monitor's refresh rate?

Yeah, but if I end up upgrading my CPU and motherboard, I'd have to switch to DDR5, which is pretty expensive right now. I'm using DDR4 in my current setup.
