I'm currently using an i7-14700K paired with a 9070 XT and a 420mm AIO. During gaming, my CPU temperatures stay around 45°C, which seems pretty cool. I'm wondering if I should still consider undervolting, overclocking, or if there's something else I should do with this setup.

Definitely keep your BIOS updated! That’s always a good starting point.
For the i7-13th and 14th gen Intel CPUs, it's a good idea to manually adjust the voltage if you can. It can help with performance and thermals in the long run.
Honestly, with those temps, you seem to be in a great spot. If you're gaming at about 45°C, you're doing just fine. It might not even be necessary to undervolt. Have you checked what temperature range your CPU is rated for?
I think they’re just worried about the CPU degrading or becoming unstable over time.

Bios is up to date!
