I'm having trouble with the Epic Games Launcher after recently deleting it to clear up some space. I thought I could just redownload it, but when I try to launch it, it crashes after showing a message that says 'Verifying update.' I've also attempted to download it directly from the website instead of using the Microsoft Store, but nothing seems to work. I've tried almost every fix I could find online, but I'm still stuck. All I see is a small window with a green progress bar, and when it fills up, it just closes. I really want to play some games before I upgrade to a new PC in a few weeks. Any ideas?

Have you tried restarting your computer completely? Sometimes a full restart can fix these issues. Also, check the Windows tray bar to see if the launcher is running in the background. If it is, try opening it from there.
Yeah, I tried running it as an admin and even opening it from the tray. Nothing I’ve done has worked so far.

You mean like a factory reset? I'm really hesitant to do that since I have a bunch of stuff on my laptop. I'm waiting on my new PC to arrive soon, I just need to play some games for a little longer until then.
