I've got this Lenovo A319 phone that has been gathering dust in my drawer for years. The charging port was pretty rusty, and the battery was in terrible shape, so I took it to a repair shop where they replaced the charging port. I also bought a new battery, but it still won't charge. The charging port does receive current when tested directly, but with the battery in, it doesn't seem to work. Is there anything I can do to get it working, or at least access the storage without powering it on?

If you're not keen on swapping parts, you can try connecting it to a computer. Sometimes, you might still be able to access the storage via USB even if the phone won’t turn on. It’s worth a shot!
You might want to consider taking parts from another working phone to see if you can get yours up and running. Specifically, look into swapping the battery or even the motherboard with one from a functional device. Just keep in mind that it might be a bit tricky depending on the compatibility of the parts.
