Hi everyone! I'm in a bit of a bind and could really use some advice. I've been experiencing random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors and black screen reboots on my laptop for the past few years. I really don't want to just throw in the towel and buy a new one. I've tried updating drivers, even went as far as downgrading the graphics drivers, and I replaced the RAM a while back when it was still affordable. Unfortunately, the problem persists. It seems to occur more often when I'm watching videos in fullscreen mode, although it's happened during games too. Running 'sfc /scannow' hasn't revealed any issues either. I've attached my minidump files for reference.

It sounds like you’re on the right track, but don’t forget about the dump files! They provide crucial insights into what might be causing the BSODs. If you can boot into Windows (or Safe Mode), check the C:WindowsMinidump directory for any files. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to an easy file-sharing site (like catbox.moe or mediafire.com). We'll need those for a more accurate analysis!
I'm checking out the dump files as we speak! Just curious, what made you think the GPU drivers might have been the problem? Were there specific errors you noticed? Also, the previous commenter has good points about checking the dump files.
First off, have you tried doing a complete reinstall of Windows using a USB? If not, that could be a great starting point. Backup your files and give it a shot! Also, make sure your BIOS is up to date and that your chipset drivers are current. After these big steps, run some hardware tests: use Prime95 for stress testing the CPU, MemTest86 for the RAM, and something like FurMark to test your GPU. Finally, check your hard drives with CrystalDiskInfo to see if they're healthy.
