I'm currently using an RTX 3070 and I'm looking to upgrade for better performance at 1440p gaming. I have a Ryzen 5 5600X CPU and a 1000W PSU, so power isn't an issue. Here are the GPU options I'm considering, along with their prices: 5070 Ti for $900, 9070 XT for $840 (or $700 used), 5070 for $570, 9060 XT for $400, 9070 for $750, 3080 Ti for $500, RTX 4070 for $500, 4070 Super for $550, and 4070 Ti for $590. What would be the best deal among these options? Is there anything else I should consider?

Those prices are kind of off. The 5070 and 9070 XT should be cheaper. If you're looking for value, the 5070 for $570 seems like the best bet; it's good for 1440p gaming and close to the MSRP. Just an idea: what are you planning to do with your 3070 after the upgrade?
If you can't find a reliable 4070 Ti Super, I still recommend the 5070. However, I'd also look into upgrading your CPU here. If you can find a 5800X, it's a good upgrade from the 5600X, which might improve performance in some games.
What country are you based in? You might find a 9070 XT for around $650-$700 new! If you’re focusing on gaming, I'd recommend the used 9070 XT or the 4070 Ti, especially if you plan on using it for productivity too.
I'm in Norway, so prices are different here. That's why I listed out the costs because everything seems more expensive!
I went from a 3070 to a 5070 Ti and it was a good decision! I paid around $750, and the extra VRAM helps a lot, especially for 4K gaming. If you can swing it, go for it!
That's a decent upgrade, but it seems a bit high at $900. I'd wait for a better deal.
The 5070 is a solid choice, and if you're open to switching brands, the 9070 XT is another great option! It's slightly more expensive but gives you extra VRAM which can be beneficial in the long run.

I believe upgrading from 5600X to a 5800X isn't that big of a jump. I'm aiming for an X3D chip when prices drop!
