Hey folks! I'm looking for some advice regarding my work setup. We're using a QNAP NAS that acts as our Active Directory Controller. I didn't set up this system—it was already in place when I came on board. Is there a way to implement Group Policy in Windows 11 without going through the hassle of configuring each machine individually? Currently, we rely on a logon script for things like mapping network folders and adjusting some settings, but it's quite tedious to maintain. I'd love to switch to a more streamlined approach if possible!

Just to clarify, are you running a virtual machine with a Windows Domain Controller on that NAS?

No, the QNAP NAS itself is both the Domain Controller and the file server. Everything for user and group management is done through Samba.
