I'm looking to upgrade the GPU in my 2016 PC, which currently has an Nvidia Quadro K4000. My setup includes an Intel Xeon E5-1620 0 CPU, 24 GB of RAM, and it's housed in an HP Z420 Workstation that's mid-sized (about 44 x 44 cm). I'm not a heavy gamer, but some friends gifted me some graphically intense games recently, and I'm realizing my GPU needs an upgrade. I'm hoping to find a newer GPU that will last me for a few years. My budget is between CAD$1,000 and CAD$1,500.

You might want to consider the currency since it can affect your options. If you're going for CAD$, keep in mind that GPUs can be pricier, so check what's available in your local market.
Your CPU is getting pretty old too. If you’re thinking about boosting your gaming performance, you might want to look into a complete PC upgrade instead. Otherwise, you'll still hit bottlenecks with your current setup.
Yeah, I’m considering changing my CPU too since it’s struggling with some emulators lately.

Oops, I forgot to mention! Yes, it's CAD$.
