I recently built a new PC with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D and a NVIDIA RTX 5080, but I'm running into issues. When I power it on, the CPU fan doesn't spin, and none of the CPU, DRAM, VGA, or BOOT diagnostic LEDs light up. The only indication I have is that the audio ports on the motherboard light up. I attempted a BIOS flashback, which seemed to work since the LED indicated success, but it didn't resolve the problem. Here's a list of the components I used and what I've tried so far. All the parts are brand new, and I would greatly appreciate any advice!

Have you tried booting with the monitor plugged into the motherboard instead of the GPU? It’s possible the system might POST without the RTX 5080 connected. It’s worth a shot!
No luck with that, still nothing happened.
