So, lately I've been noticing that my phone keeps creating these strange empty folders with weird names like .17688979987877_6787989_-6790999078928282299767552929. I've tried deleting them and even refreshing my phone, but they just keep popping up. I'm starting to worry that it might be malware, or maybe it's just some leftover temp files or cache? Can anyone help me figure this out? I added a screenshot in the comments to show what I'm dealing with.

It sounds really frustrating! This kind of issue can sometimes happen due to a glitch in the system or possibly from an app that isn’t functioning properly. Instead of worrying about malware right away, it might be helpful to check if you’ve recently installed any new apps that could be causing this. Also, make sure your phone's operating system is updated because software updates often fix bugs.

Definitely check your apps! Sometimes, apps can leave behind junk data and create folders like that. If the problem persists, backing up your data and doing a factory reset could be a last resort.
