I recently built a new PC that has a 500GB SSD, and I also added a 250GB SSD using an expansion card. Even after setting the boot option to disable the 500GB SSD, my PC still boots from it. When I remove the 500GB SSD and only have the 250GB SSD connected, it boots correctly. However, if I connect the 500GB SSD after booting, the PC doesn't recognize it. What steps can I take to resolve this issue?

Have you tried going into the BIOS settings and changing the boot priority? Make sure the 250GB SSD is set as the first boot device. Sometimes, even if you disable the SSD, the BIOS might still prioritize it for booting.

I already attempted that, but it didn't work.
