I'm on the hunt for a room booking solution that doesn't rely on external calendar systems like Outlook or Google Workspace. We currently manage about 15 conference rooms and want to set up iPads outside each room to show their availability status. We have 10 users who need access to create and edit their own bookings but shouldn't be able to modify each other's. I checked out Envoy, but they couldn't accommodate us since they require a minimum of 25 licenses. Our security policy prevents third-party access to popular calendar services, which is why I'm seeking alternatives. Does anyone have suggestions for software that meets these criteria?
