I recently discovered that my computer was compromised when I lost access to my Steam account and various other personal files. I've disconnected my PC from the internet and I'm currently doing a full local reinstall of Windows. I've changed the passwords for my email, Steam, Discord, and other important accounts, but I'm worried I might have missed something. Are there additional steps I should take after resetting my PC to ensure my security?

Since the hacker has access to your email, make sure you're in touch with financial institutions, medical providers, and even your IRS. It's important to run a credit report and consider placing a freeze on your credit. You’ve done well by changing your email and checking your bank, just stay vigilant.
It sounds like you’re in the middle of the reinstall process. Once you're back up and running, make sure to do all available Windows updates right away. And when you start reinstalling stuff, change all your online passwords again just to be safe.
You should definitely reinstall Windows using a USB if you can get one. Make sure to change all your passwords again and enable 2FA if you haven't already. Also, remove any unknown devices linked to your accounts.
