If there are compatibility issues, I need to know so I can return any items before prices potentially increase further.

I can only use Intel/NVIDIA for this build since the motherboard arrived last year.

Honestly, your build looks solid. I would have gone for AMD over Intel, and maybe a newer design, but it’s still a good setup. Just make sure everything is compatible, especially the RAM with your motherboard.
