I've been experiencing some weird issues with my PC lately. It started about a week ago after I upgraded my GPU to a 5070. My GPU fans suddenly spin loud, and the entire monitor display turns off. When it happens, I have to power off my PC using the switch, and when I turn it back on, the display returns and the GPU fans stop. Interestingly, my PC fans remain loud even then.
