Hey everyone! I'm looking for recommendations on the best remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools specifically for MacOS. I want to avoid any mobile device management (MDM) features since I'm happy with keeping my devices managed under Intune. Any suggestions?

My team uses Action1 alongside Intune for our clients, and it integrates really well. Definitely worth checking out!

I've had a good experience using NinjaOne combined with JumpCloud as our MDM. It's been a reliable setup for us over three years.

While it might seem like you need an MDM, Addigy covers most RMM needs for MacOS without locking you into mobile management.

I've been using NinjaOne for around two years. It's solid across different platforms, including Windows, Mac, and Linux. Plus, they offer optional MDM features, so you can skip it if you want.

Have you considered just sticking with Intune? I'm curious about what specific issues you're aiming to address. Intune works well for many users as is.
