Is Upgrading My PC CPU and RAM Worth It Right Now?

I currently have a PC with a 5060 GPU, an i5 11400F CPU, and 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM, and I primarily game at 1080p. I've noticed that my GPU rarely goes above 95% usage, and in some games, it only hits 60 to 70%, so I'm starting to suspect I might be bottlenecked by my CPU or possibly my RAM. I'm considering upgrading to an AM5 motherboard and switching to either a 9600X or 7600X, which would also require moving to DDR5 RAM. My main question is whether I should wait for AM6 to release instead of going with AM5 now. Also, would upgrading to something like an i7 11700 help with the bottleneck issues?

If you're not experiencing major performance drops, I wouldn't worry too much about bottlenecking. Just because your GPU isn't maxing out doesn't necessarily mean it's a problem. People often get stressed over numbers, but as long as you're enjoying your games, that's what matters.

I ask because I was playing 'Lords of the Fallen' lately and noticed my GPU usage was low while my CPU was maxed out, which made me think I might really be bottlenecked.
