My friend's computer is having some serious issues. He tried logging into a different Valorant account and launched the game, but then he got an error message saying he needed to restart his PC. He didn't really read the message and now every time he turns on his PC, it gives him a blue screen error. The computer only boots into safe mode, and he can't seem to do anything else from there. I wish I could share pictures of the problem, but it won't let me. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I found a thread with images showing the error screen your friend is encountering. You can check this out to get a better understanding: [error thread](https://preview.redd.it/r5xf2iktqudg1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b9bfc4366bbaa80d14fc8b1a7f4f02553e1d8c4). Also, it might be worth using DDU to uninstall the graphics driver and then reinstalling the latest driver for that GPU. If the BSOD happens again, try a more stable version of the driver, like 577.
First things first, to really diagnose the blue screen of death (BSOD) you'll need to check for dump files. These are essentially crash logs from the BSOD. If you can access Windows normally or in safe mode, navigate to C:WindowsMinidump and look for any files there. If you find some, zip the folder and upload it to a file sharing site like mediafire.com or catbox.moe. If there's only one file, or none, you might need to follow a guide to change your settings to create small memory dumps in the future. This will help us help you better!
