How can I recover lost notes after uninstalling Samsung Notes?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to help a family member out with their Samsung phone. They often use the Samsung Notes app to jot things down. Recently, they accidentally uninstalled the app while trying to move the icon around on their home screen, assuming it was a system app that couldn't be fully uninstalled. Upon reinstalling it, we found that all their notes were gone. They didn't set up any backup before this mishap, and we've tried syncing with their Samsung account, but no luck there either. They've held off on restarting the phone, hoping there's still a chance to recover their data. I've heard about tools like Easeus that can recover files—does anyone know if they can help with notes as well? Any guidance would be appreciated!

Unfortunately, if you uninstalled the Notes app, it typically means you've lost the locally stored data. If there was no backup set up before, recovering those notes isn't likely. It's a good reminder to activate backups going forward to prevent this from happening again!

Damn, there's really no way to do it at all? I know we should've activated backups, that was definitely a mistake.
