Will upgrading from a GTX 1650 to an RTX 2080 Ti cause a significant CPU bottleneck with a Ryzen 5 2600x?

I'm planning to upgrade my GPU from a GTX 1650 to an RTX 2080 Ti while using a Ryzen 5 2600x CPU, and I want to know how much of a bottleneck I might experience. I have 16GB of RAM and a 650W power supply, so I think power should be fine. My primary gaming resolution will be 1440p and possibly 4K for older games, and I'm okay with lowering settings or using DLSS for newer titles. I'm a bit concerned about whether my CPU will hinder performance. Any tips or considerations I should keep in mind as I make this change? Thanks!

I've got a similar setup, and I've noticed that in games like ARC Raiders, my CPU and RAM hit 100% while the GPU barely reaches 60% usage, with frame rates under 60fps. So, you might want to keep that in mind.

That's a bummer to hear. I wasn't planning on playing the latest games aggressively, but I hope to run the new Resident Evil pretty decently. Does this bottleneck happen often across many titles? I heard playing at 1440p could alleviate some of that.
