My RTX 4060 recently burned out, and I'm planning to switch to an RX 7600. Unfortunately, I couldn't uninstall the drivers for the old graphics card. Is it possible to install the new RX 7600 and boot up my PC to remove the old drivers? I've heard the RX 7600 is better than the RTX 4060, but I'm unsure about how to handle the driver situation first.

You can definitely use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in safe mode to wipe the old Nvidia drivers completely. It'll work fine even if the Nvidia drivers are still installed. Just boot up with the new card, run DDU, and then install the drivers for your RX 7600 afterward.
Yes, you can install the RX 7600, log into Windows, and uninstall the old drivers. It should run okay initially, but I'd be concerned about what caused your RTX 4060 to burn out. Is your power supply in good shape? That could be the culprit!

My power supply is a 650w Corsair Bronze, and the RTX seemingly burned out due to overheating. I was running three monitors, two of them being small Azorpa models.
