I recently bought a 64GB SanDisk Ultra Micro SDXC card, but I'm pretty confused because it's showing up as a 476.56GB disk in Disk Management. Can anyone explain why that might be happening?

That's definitely strange! It looks like you might be in a region that formats numbers using a comma as the decimal point. So instead of 476,56GB, it's likely showing 476.56GB. It's still abnormal for a 64GB card to appear like this, though. Make sure you bought the card from a legit seller because sometimes fake cards can report incorrect capacities.

I bought from a verified seller too, so I get your concern! If you're comfortable, maybe try contacting the seller and asking about a refund or exchange.

Could you share a screenshot? It might help others see what you're seeing. Also, it's worth checking if you're looking at the size in megabytes instead; it could be showing as 47,656 MB which is about 46.5GB.

Definitely looks like a formatting issue. Just monitor for any performance issues!
