Help with Random 404 Errors When Uploading PDFs

I'm having a frustrating issue with uploading PDFs to Gofile Room using Adobe and the GFR add-in. Sometimes the uploads go through without a hitch, but then out of the blue, I get a 404 - File or directory not found error. It's super random and, strangely enough, I'm the only one experiencing this problem even though others are using the same process. I've tried creating a new Windows profile and have gone through quite a few troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else encountered this or have suggestions?

What does the 'URL shown' refer to? It makes it sound like your connection with Gofile Room is dropping for some reason.

Yes, that seems to be the issue, but I'm unsure why it keeps happening.

This seems like a classic case of a stale Adobe GFR token. You might need to log out from all sessions of Adobe and Gofile Room, clear the cache in %AppData%AdobeGFR, and then log back in to see if that resolves the issue.

I already tried logging out and clearing the cache, but it didn't help.

Have you thought about opening a support ticket with your work's helpdesk? They might have specific insights on server issues that could be impacting uploads.

I'd recommend uninstalling and then reinstalling the GFR add-ons. Make sure you've got the latest version. You might also want to disable the 'New Acrobat' feature, just to see if that helps. If that doesn't solve the problem, definitely contact tech support for further assistance.

I did try reinstalling, but that didn't fix it. Everything is up to date, and other users aren't having issues with the same setup.
